Responsibilities

• Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Promotes and maintains a safe patient care environment.
• Maintains supplies and equipment to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Conducts patient rounds, anticipates needs and responds to call lights promptly.
• May serve as a virtual safety associate as needed.
• May assist with telehealth exams using peripheral devices and video conferencing.
