Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or degree required.
• DPC experience in direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check patients’ blood pressure, heartbeat and pulse regularly.
• Provide compassionate care by listening to patients’ concerns and guiding them by answering any questions or concerns.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and provide updates to healthcare team.
• Turn, reposition and move patients between beds, wheelchairs and seats.
• Help patients use the bathroom and dress.
• Monitor patients’ food and liquid intake. Escort patients to X-rays and imaging tests.
