Baystate Health is hiring Patient Care Technicians across multiple inpatient departments at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, MA. Join our supportive nursing teams, gain hands-on clinical experience, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

We’re recruiting for current and upcoming opportunities with a variety of departments and schedules to match your experience and availability.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred (long-term care, specialty care, or acute care).

Mansioni

• Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort.
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition.
• Assist with patient safety, treatments, procedures, and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Make a meaningful difference every day.
• Support patients and care teams as a Patient Care Technician.
