Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking candidates for the Patient Care Technician (PCT) pathway, including PCT Apprentice. The role emphasizes quick learning, adaptability to patient needs, accountability, and teamwork. Successful candidates may enter the PCT Apprentice program and, after completion, transfer to a Patient Care Technician position.

Preferred candidates include those with CNA/MA/PCT program completion or EMT background. AHA BLS is expected within 60 days of starting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; completion of one approved nursing or PCT program or HMH PCT Apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and maintain teamwork and ongoing education.
• Eligible for HMH PCT Apprentice transfer after apprenticeship and successful completion.
