Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients across regional dialysis clinics. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vitals, assist cannulation, observe patients, and help with hemodialysis machine setup.

Required are a high school diploma, a current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification, BLS/CPR, and prior dialysis experience. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Job Requirements

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. This position will assist multiple clinics in the region.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous dialysis experience required.

Salary Range:

• $20 - $30 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
