Job summary

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support our nursing team with hands-on care and patient comfort. You will assist with vital signs, personal care, mobility, and monitoring under RN supervision to uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, helping with transfers, maintaining clean and stocked areas, and supporting infection control.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality
