Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patient care under the supervision of a nurse at our facilities in New York. This role does not administer medications and follows established care guidelines to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in acute or rehabilitation settings, HS diploma, and current BLS certification. Growth opportunities and supportive leadership are highlighted in our program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PCT performs patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Does not administer medications or assume independent responsibility for patient care.
• Follows PAM Health policies, procedures and guidelines.
