Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Hampden is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patient care under supervision in a rehabilitation setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, current BLS certification, and 2–3 years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit. The role does not involve administering medications or independent patient care decisions, and follows hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities under supervision of a Registered Nurse or LVN/LPN.
• Does not administer medications or therapy.
• Adheres to PAM Health policies and guidelines.
