You earn a wage and gain on-the-job experience that complements your school curriculum and NCLEX preparation. The program supports learning on clinical teams with nurse leaders, leading to valuable skills and potential RN placement after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Currently enrolled in accredited nursing program and completed Fundamentals of Nursing.
• On-the-job nursing experience is part of the pathway.
