HCA Healthcare's Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our collaborative nursing team. You will support Registered Nurses with hands-on care, monitor patient conditions, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families.

In this role you will assist with daily needs, vital signs, mobility, and personal care while contributing to infection control and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCLS Instructor certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start date.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Keep patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.

Job Summary and Qualifications
