You will assist with vital signs, mobility, daily living activities, and monitoring patient conditions to uphold safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior PCT or CNA experience is preferred, with required BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

• Preferred: CNA or EMS training with Texas certification.

Aufgaben

• Under RN supervision, perform delegated patient care activities as directed.
• Obtain vital signs, height/weight, intake/output, and simple non-sterile dressing changes.
• Assist with safe patient handling, turning/positioning, and transfer assistance.
• Support with patient monitoring and communication of observed responses to RN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding) as directed.
• Conduct hourly rounds and respond to call lights promptly.
