Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as Patient Care Technician (PCT) Apprentices. You will support patients with basic care and assist nursing staff while advancing through a structured apprenticeship toward a PCT role.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and may complete CNA/MA/PCT programs or the Fundamentals of Nursing; phlebotomy and EKG experience are preferred. AHA BLS within 60 days is required. Teamwork and patient focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of one of: CNA/MA/PCT program or Fundamentals of Nursing program; or HMH PCT Apprenticeship Program.
• Candidates without completed programs but with related experience may enter the HMH PCT Apprentice Program.

• Deliver high-quality care with a patient-focused approach and strong teamwork.
