Job summary

Advocate Health in Illinois is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to support the Clinical Decision Unit at 35900 Advocate Sherman Hospital. The role involves direct patient care under RN supervision and EMR documentation.

The 24-hour weekly schedule is day-shift with rotating weekends/holidays. Required are a GED/HSED or high school diploma, BLS within 45 days, and active Nurse Aide registration, plus basic computer skills and good communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.

• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Handle routine duties including supplying, transporting, and room setup as needed.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
