ClearSky Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide direct bedside care under RN supervision in our Texas hospital. The role emphasizes safety, compassion, and maintaining a clean, healing environment for patients.
Responsibilities include measuring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and reporting changes to nursing staff. A high school diploma or GED and BLS are required; 2 years inpatient hospital experience preferred.

The Patient Care Technician, working under the direct supervision of Registered Nurse, is primarily responsible for providing direct, non-invasive bedside care to patients. This position must integrate company values into daily practice.
Minimum Education & Experience : High school diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred. 2 years of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
Current BLS required.
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
