Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis care. You will monitor patients, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup in a hands-on clinical environment.

Job Requirements

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high‑quality patient care to patients suffering from end‑stage renal disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, performing patient observations, and setting up the hemodialysis machine. Our PCTs combine technical skills with genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must hold current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or another state‑approved certification if applicable.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Salary Range

• $19.00 – $31.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
