Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

As a PCT, you will deliver safe, compassionate care, monitor patients, set up dialysis equipment, and educate patients on kidney health. You will work closely with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and the care team to ensure optimal patient

• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.

Requirements

• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Able to be flexible with your schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
