HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is looking for a Patient Care Technician to join our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses with hands-on care and creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients.

You will assist with vital signs, mobility, and personal care while helping monitor conditions and carry out care plans. This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and patient dignity in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients.You'llassistwith daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNsmonitorconditions and carry out care plans.
