Job summary

Tmcbonham is seeking a Patient Care Tech to assist in meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of patients under the direction of a licensed nurse. The role includes providing direct care and performing various tasks as assigned.

Candidates must have effective communication and time management skills, as well as basic caregiving abilities. Completion of the BLS Healthcare Provider course is required during orientation.

Qualifications

• Must complete BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course during orientation.
• Reading and numerical competency is required.

Performs various tasks as competency documentation designates. Position provides direct care with limited invasive procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and numerical competency.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines must be completed during new hire orientation prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must be able to provide basic care giving skills to patients. Must have effective communication and time management skills.
