Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join our clinical team. You will assist in patient care from birth through the lifecycle, under licensed staff, using approved treatments and equipment per hospital policy.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; BCLS upon hire; CNA or PCT certification preferred; experience is not required but a year of patient care is a plus. This is an on-site role at Piedmont Columbus Midtown.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) upon hire required.
• CNA certification or Patient Care Technician program certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Tech provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, following hospital policy and demonstrating competency with treatments and equipment.
