Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join our care team. This role provides patient care under licensed staff supervision, covering the full lifecycle from birth onward.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of patient care experience; BLS certification required upon hire; CNA and PCT program certification preferred; shifts are 12 hours 7am-7pm, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Work Experience: 1 year of patient care experience required, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required; CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred; Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.
