Job summary

HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital in Walterboro, SC seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for PRN opportunities. You will work with a collaborative nursing team, assisting RNs with hands-on care, vital signs, mobility and personal care to support patient comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility and transfers, non-medicated care, maintaining clean and stocked environments, infection control, and clear communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Prior patient care experience required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients.
