Job summary

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our nursing team. You will assist RNs with daily patient care, monitor vital signs, mobility, and personal care while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment that restores comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, providing basic non-medicated care, keeping areas clean and stocked, managing supplies, and communicating with patients and families to ensure safety

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Youll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork help restore comfort and dignity for every patient you serve and make our mission to improve lives a reality each day.
