Job summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking compassionate Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) to join the Medical-Surgical Unit for full-time day shifts. You will play a vital role in helping patients feel safe, supported, and comfortable during recovery, working closely with the nursing team.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Prior CNA/PCA certification and CPR are preferred; experience in acute care is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete EKG training for designated units.
• CPR certification required.
