Curry Health Network is seeking a Patient Care Tech to assist with nursing unit care, daily activities, and basic nursing tasks under RN supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate patient support, accurate documentation, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant preferred.
• Valid Oregon Certification as CNA, EMT or MA required within 14 months of hire.
• Ability to work with pediatric, geriatric, and general patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care to patients within the PCT scope as defined by competency.
• Communicates changes in patient status to the RN in charge.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges and activities of daily living.
• Documents care in the medical record and uses equipment safely.
