Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT), CNA, or MA to support direct patient care on 5 East Ortho & Neuro. You will assist with ADLs, monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

The role includes shifts from early morning to night, and requires high school graduation or equivalent plus direct care experience or relevant coursework. Excellent teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience or completion of related certification/course.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and patient care tasks.
• Documentation and data entry for patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, toileting, mobility and feeding.
• Collect and send specimens including blood and blood cultures; assist with IV management.
• Record patient information and maintain documentation per requirements.
• Support ortho and neuro patients, and those with neurologic conditions.
