Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide bedside care under supervision of licensed staff. The role supports patients from birth through the lifecycle, handling treatments and equipment in accordance with hospital policy.

Schedule includes 7p-7a with six weekend shifts every six weeks; 1 year inpatient experience preferred, no formal experience required. BCLS is required upon hire; CNA or PCT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required.
• 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) upon hire is required.
• CNA certification or Patient Care Technician program certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Presents care and treatment with equipment according to hospital policy.
