A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the night shift in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position involves various patient care duties, including monitoring telemetry rhythm strips and performing EKGs. The ideal candidate will have a CNA license in Florida, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. This full‑time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient night shift schedule. Overtime is available and various shifts may be covered if desired.
Location: Wellington Regional Medical Center, Wellington, Florida. The 235‑bed, acute‑care hospital is owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. It has provided high‑quality care to Palm Beach County residents since 1986 and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Performs various customer care activities and related services in the patient care area, including monitoring and interpreting cardiac telemetry rhythm strips, providing receptionist and secretarial duties, and performing patient care tasks. Must be willing to cross‑train and float to meet facility needs. Recognizes signs and symptoms of stroke and initiates stroke alerts, verbalizes the alert process, and maintains knowledge by completing annual online training.
