Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech to provide compassionate care under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, serving patients from birth through the lifecycle and adhering to hospital policy and safety standards.

You will demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment, assist with activities of daily living, monitor patients, document care, and collaborate closely with nurses and other clinicians to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

Qualifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment.
