Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of patient care under the RN supervision.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, discharges and patient transport.
• Obtains and records vitals and basic health data; reports abnormalities to the RN.
• Demonstrates competence in listed advanced skills as directed.
• Communicates effectively with health care team and documents on hospital forms.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety policies.
• Demonstrates regular, reliable attendance and supports unit operations.
