Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities and function under stressful situations.
• Ability to maintain a good working relationship both within the department and with other departments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs and patient measurements.
• Assist with nutrition and feeding tasks.
• Perform Point of Care Testing (e.g., Accu-Checks).
• Support safe ambulation, turning, positioning, and transport.
• Report changes in patient condition to licensed staff.
• Document intake/output and care activities.
• Answer call lights promptly and professionally.
• Participate in purposeful rounding and team communication.
• Support admissions, discharges, and general comfort needs.
