Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is hiring a Patient Care Tech to support nursing staff and care for patients from birth through the lifecycle in a busy hospital setting.

Under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, you will assist with treatments, procedures, and equipment, while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BCLS on hire, and the option of CNA or PCT program certification; prior experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; 1 year of patient care preferred.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
• CNA certification or participation in a Patient Care Technician program preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.
