Job summary

Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech to provide compassionate patient care under supervision, across birth to lifecycle, following hospital policy and ensuring safe use of treatments and equipment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), with no prior experience required and a preference for 1 year of patient care experience. BCLS is required upon hire; CNAs and PCC programs are preferred. Training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year of patient care preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required.
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.
