Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training or equivalent certification.
• Preferred EPIC EHR training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN guidance.
• Report changes/concerns to nurse liaison.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
• Document care accurately and timely in the chart.
• Participate in hand-offs and care transfer.
• Perform delegated tasks once competency is validated.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Encourage independence and patient engagement.
• Individualize care based on patient interests.
