Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech to support licensed staff in delivering patient care from birth through the lifecycle. The role requires adherence to treatments, procedures and equipment guidelines in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Under supervision, you will assist with basic care tasks, monitor patients, and maintain safety and comfort. BCLS on hire is required; CNA or PCT program certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year preferred.
• BCLS certification required on hire.
• CNA certification or PCT program certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
• Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment per hospital policy.
