HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL is hiring a Certified Patient Care Tech (PCT/CNA) to support patient care across MedSurg and related units. You will work under RN supervision delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain vitals, I&O, and basic care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient environment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height/weight, intake/output, and basic care tasks.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility as directed.
• Ensure safe patient handling and use of transfer devices as needed.
• Document patient information in medical records.
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care provided.
• Monitor and restock unit supplies.
