Hackensack Meridian Health is launching a PCT Apprenticeship Program designed to train eager candidates for a career in the Nursing field. Following successful completion, you will transition from PCT Apprentice to a Patient Care Technician on our unit.

The program blends classroom training with hands-on preceptorship to prepare you for compassionate patient care and ongoing education within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, and/or GED equivalent programs.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) Certification within 60 days of entering position.
