LCMC Health in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Patient Care Tech to join our hands-on, personal care nursing team. You will assist with patient data collection, hygiene, nutrition and overall safety at the bedside.
This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and delivering care with heart in a busy hospital setting. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, current BLS from AHA, and at least 1 year of clinical care experience; CNA or PCT experience is preferred.

Assistincollectionof data used for assessment of patients’ conditions as assigned, including vital signs, weights, blood glucose monitoring, I&O, etc.
Assist with thepatienthygiene, nutrition and personal care needs and patient-related tasks.
Maintain andadvocatea safe environment for everyone.
Maintain a clean environment in patient carearea.
Complete patient roundingin accordance withpatient assignments and schedule to drive patient satisfaction and safety.
Enhance knowledge and seek opportunities for career development.
Embrace teamwork and direction in performance of duties.
The Must-HavesMinimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent,appropriate workexperience.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
1 year of Clinical Care experience; CNA or PCT experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
