The supervisor will coordinate daily staff workflows, onboarding, and staff development while partnering with leadership to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. The position pays $23–$25 per hour and requires MA certification and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Certified or registered Medical Assistant required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service using the AIDET model.
• Screen and triage walk-in patients.
• Communicate clinical concerns to providers and leadership.
• Support patient registration and checkout as needed.
• Oversee daily MA operations and clinic workflow.
• Onboard new hires within 90 days; conduct competency evaluations.
• Manage staff assignments and scheduling to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain infection control and clinical standards.
• Support Joint Commission documentation and compliance.
