Job summary

LifeTime Inc. is seeking a LifeClinic Coordinator to maintain and execute LifeClinic business plans, drive patient acquisition, retention, and collections, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will greet members and patients warmly, apply LifeClinic knowledge to meet patient needs, and manage patient accounts. The role includes scheduling patients per treatment plans, handling front desk duties, and contributing to a healthy lifestyle messaging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or a customer service field.
• 2–4 year college degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with patients during care.
• Ensure all patient forms are complete and reflected in accounts.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure accurate medical records and treatment plans.
• Explain patient finances and contributions to care.
