42 North Dental is seeking a Patient Care Representative (Dental Receptionist) to be the front line of patient communication, handling calls and in-person visits, scheduling and guiding patients through treatment plans and billing. This role focuses on exceptional patient service and accurate data entry in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Maintain and manage patient records from initial forms and paperwork through billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information
• Respond to and reply to requests for information
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy
• Perform other related job duties as assigned
