42 North Dental in Belmont, MA is seeking a Patient Care Representative to be the front line of patient communication, scheduling, and billing support. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service and guiding patients through treatment plans and financial responsibilities.

You will operate in a HIPAA-compliant environment, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting dentists and practices.

• Maintain and manage patient records from initial forms and paperwork through billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information

• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy
• Perform other related job duties as assigned
