Employment Type: Full timeShift: Rotating ShiftDescription: Mount Carmel St. Ann’s is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team, with a focus on supporting the Internal Medicine units, Emergency Department and central pharmacy operations. This evening-shift role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
As a trusted medication expert, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, medical residents, and other care team members to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, you will have opportunities to mentor and educate Pharmacy Interns, APPE students, and medical residents while contributing to quality improvement and operational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, teaching, precepting, and continuous process improvement. Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Critical Care Pharmacy is strongly preferred. Completion of a PGY1 Residency or at least three years of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
