Job summary

Qualifications

• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS), or UC Davis Health CPR.
• Certificate of Completion from a Medical Assistant training program.
• Ability to pass the safe to practice pharmacology exam.
• Ability to utilize relevant medical terminology.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service to the target audience.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care as prescribed by relationship-based care practices.
• Accountability and professionalism in performance.
• Support for performance improvement and evidence-based practice within scope.
• Basic understanding of technology as it pertains to patient privacy regulations.
