Crossover Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our clinic team in San Jose. You will support clinicians, manage check-in workflows, and deliver high-quality patient and member experiences.

The role emphasizes guest delight, knowledge of self-insured benefits, and collaboration with providers to ensure seamless care. This position requires an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician background and 2+ years of back-office experience, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant or surgical technician program.
• Minimum of 2 years comparable clinical back office medical assistant experience.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Take medical histories, measure patient vitals, and other pertinent information to assist the clinician with care of the patient.
• Handle inventory, orders, and replenish medical supplies and materials.
• Provides phlebotomy services and immunization services
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Welcomes each member and handles all member interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and outcomes, delivering uncompromised service.
