Job summary

Memorial Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services professional to maintain a sanitary and safe patient environment. You will clean patient rooms, sanitize surfaces, and ensure equipment is properly maintained in line with hospital policies.

Role requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and adherence to safety standards. Prior healthcare or hospitality experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.
• Healthcare or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must follow sanitation and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure proper sanitation of medical equipment as required.
• Replenish supplies and/or linen in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
• Keep carts and equipment clean and stored properly after shift.
• Maintain a consistent floor care program according to outlined policies and procedures.
