Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Fulton, MD.

About the Role

Patient Care Coordinators maintain pleasant and consistent daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and multitask with multiple computer programs each day.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service: greet patients, make welcome calls, and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Practice management: manage the schedule, document routing, and caseload; oversee deposits, inventory, and insurance reporting.
• Meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision while managing personal overtime.
• Attend required training (Territory Field Trainers, Raintree, other business process updates) and complete quarterly compliance training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Proven multitasking ability, detail-oriented, meeting deadlines, and working with minimal supervision.
• Efficient time management and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements

• This position is subject to inside environmental conditions: exposed to noise consistent with indoor environment; no significant weather exposure.
• Full‑time, Monday through Friday (minimum 40 hours per week). May be required to attend special events, evenings, or weekends.
• Primarily sedentary work: sit, occasionally stand, walk, push or pull 0–20 lb. items.
• Regular computer use (typing, operating printers, phone, keyboard, mouse).
• Constantly communicate, hear, and speak accurately with associates.
• Use judgment to respond appropriately in various situations.
