Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support patient and provider throughout visits and prepare for appointments.
• Complete documentation and patient registration as needed.
• Communicate effectively by phone and in person to ensure timely care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and credentials through ongoing development.
• Adhere to DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures when applicable.
