Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to act as the face of our retail clinics nationwide, delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping clinics meet revenue goals. Based in Little River, SC, this full-time, in-person role involves coordinating patient interactions, handling administrative tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing 50–75 daily calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, handling insurance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

You will act as the face of our retail clinics located around the country and in local communities. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) strives to ensure a positive patient experience and to help more people hear better. You do this by supporting the clinic to achieve revenue goals by attracting new patients, managing the administrative and operational functions and coordinating patient interactions and needs.

Daily Tasks
  • Welcome all patients and maintain high level of customer service

Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
