TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. The role offers paid virtual and hands-on training to develop clinical and patient-care skills, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Starting at $17/hour, the position supports scheduling, patient records, and clinic operations, with flexible shifts based on clinic needs and the ability to commute to the Glen Allen chiropractic location.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-focused environments is valuable.
• Ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout visits.
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques via paid training.
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor.
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations.
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience.
• Assist clinic doctors with community outreach and patient wellness education.
