Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with the RN job description. With the Director, assumes accountability for the direction and management of patient care within the assigned area. Assists Director in the management of material, financial, and human resources within the assigned unit.
Lift and carry 25 lbs.; frequent sitting/standing; frequent keyboard use; patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
